Cut at half speed by Matt Colton at Metropolis Studios, overseen by the band's drummer Lee Harris and Charlie Hollis, son of frontman Mark Hollis. The album shows the band's progression from their synth pop roots of The Party's Over and It's My Life, more towards their improvisation based work
