Vintage Tezuka Poppo Clock hermes The wooden stand measures 23"Hc. 1940s Novelty wind up mantle clock manufactured by Tezuka Clock Co. (under their "Poppo Clock" brand) in Occupied Japan. Tezuka was one of the firs companies that occupying powers allowed to reopen after the war, as such, they had a headstart on the market.
