We would pair it with lamb chops seasoned with corriander, cumin, turmeric and oregano. Ghemme is a small town in northeastern Piedmont known for producing delicious Nebbiolo based wines. The wines are all dry and are characterized by their depth and age worthiness due to high tannins and acidity.
