The jacket is a 3 4 length parka with four pockets, outer layer of cotton nylon twill, insulated with and lined with polyester. This garment is also known as the "Snorkel Parka", because the hood can be zipped up leaving only a small opening and the idea is that the exhaled air will heat up the inhaled air slightly as they
