The chardonnay grapes used to produce this wine grow on deep layers of Loess, the most typical type of soil in the Wagram wine region. A careful selection and picking process is followed by fermentation and aging in small oak barrels made from wood sourced from the nearby Mannhartsberg forests. These unique conditions enable the production of this exceptional chardonnay.
