Bottinus Pas Dosé Vino Bianco with flavors of citrus notesAn elegant expression of Garda DOC Spumante Pas Dos , produced from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes. Aged on the lees for at least 36 months, it has a light golden color and straw yellow reflections. On the nose it reveals delicate hints of peach, pomegranate and candied lemon. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with citrus notes of lemon and alkekengi. Perfect with fish dishes, shellfish, white meats and vegetarian dishes.
