'Supersonic' Pet Nat(collab w/ Garneau Block) Flavoured Vodka - Strathcona Spirits DistilleryNatural Sparkling Ros Vinification method: Grown by the Lippsitt family on a 130 year old farm on heavy clay soils. Hand harvested Concord grapes were pressed on a very long press cycle with lots of rotation to naturally extract juice from these hard to press grapes. The wine was fermented naturally to dryness and allowed to settle at a cold temperature to aid in stability. Bottled with an addition of juice to reach a desired pressure of 2 bar.
