A circular silver medal, the obverse bears the three fourths right facing portrait of Prince Karl Anton circumscribed with FURST CARL ANTON VON HOHENZOLLERN (PRINCE CARL ANTON OF HOHENZOLLERN), the reverse bears an oak leaf and laurel wreath tied at the bottom with a ribbon, the middle is inscribed with 1811 7 SETPEMBER 1911 to commemorate the centenary of Prince Karl
