n2454 - Cross Formation, Square Back & Goethite Coating Apatite On the back fluorite squareA fantastic natural uncleaned quartz crystal cluster from Arkansas that has a natural cross formation, and a square back bottom because it formed on top of a calcite bed which later weathered out leaving square cavities on the bottom. This beauty has a brown orange iron oxide coating and a partial coating of black botryoidal goethite. There is a tiny ding at the tip of the largest point. Stands on its own. Weighs 5 oz.
