Mawby Talismon Brut, Leelanau Peninsula, USA (750ml) Sherry bright and fruit-forward white wineWINEMAKER'S NOTES: 'Strikingly aromantic, aromas of toast, moderately full bodied and deeply flavored.' A blend of vignoles, pinot noir, pinot gris, and chardonnay grapes that are hand picked and carefully whole cluster pressed. The juice is fermented in stainless steel and blended with reserve wines in a solera kept in oak, then fermented a second time in this bottle and aged en tirage before degorgement. TASTING NOTES: This is a gold colored blend
