K&M - Power Adapters Carbide Cutter lubricating and corrosion protection problems(#CHPA) The K&M Case Holder Power Adapter is used to hold the cartridge whilst neck turning under the power of a cordless screwdriver or low speed drill. The Adapter has 1 4" hex standard shaft while the retainer uses Lee Auto Prime shell holders (not included) to hold the cartridge case.
