In gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an oval white enameled laurel leaf wreath, joined together by gilded and enamels coats of arms of the Kingdoms of Austria and Hungary, topped by a gilded shield with a white enameled oval disc bearing a gilt letter K, overlaid by an Imperial eagle clutching dual lightning bolts, the reverse with two visible rivets securing the obverse eagle in place, with a
