Constructed of gilded aluminum, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a central government style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse featuring a clip and loop with attachment claws emanating from a functional roller, stamped with a numeral 2, measuring 50 mm in diameter, demonstrating minor loss of finish to the base metal, a scarce example in
