Instituted 1899. In silver, rim officially engraved CONDR. A. L. HARPER. IMP. TRNSPT. SER. with CAPE COLONY, ORANGE FREE STATE, bright, notable edge bruises and contact marks, very fine. Footnote: A. L. Harper, service no. 1291, is on the Weils Transport medal rolls for the Queens South Africa and Kings South Africa medals, serving with the Imperial Transport Service. The Imperial Transport Service played a vital
