Straw yellow in color with floral aroma and hints of violet, green apple and tropical fruit, fresh, harmonious and structured taste. Il Grillante was born from a research project with the University of Palermo, not only on sustainability but also on circular economy. Its production takes place, in fact, with a reduced use of oenological
