Blend of the 2012 and 2014 vintages, when only the best grapes were selected. This wine lay in French and Central European oak barrels for 26 months. Not filtered before bottling. Lots of expression in the nose and very complex aromas of ripe blueberry, cherry, liquorice root, with a somewhat earthy undertone, as well as thyme, coffee and chocolate. The attack
